This is, what I consider, one of the classic American circulation coins, a recent, and very welcome addition to my collection. The 1883 Liberty Head 'No CENTS' Five Cent coin. When it was introduced in 1883 the omission of the word "CENTS" from the reverse allowed unscrupulous individuals to gold plate the coins and pass them off as Five Dollar gold pieces. The mint took steps to correct the problem later the same year by moving the motto "E PLURIBUS UNUM" to the top center and placing "CENTS" at the bottom center, making 1883 the only year for the 'No CENTS' variety.
If you appreciate the Liberty Head "V" Five Cent coins, this one is a must have. It's not a key date, not as hard to find as say a 1912-S, an 1886, or the 'some day I'll have one' 1885, but it's one of those coins both classic in design and with an interesting bit of coin history associated with it.

I have one of these, a little worn but still reabable.
